Annual insurance check letter

If you’re using contractors to minimise your liability, check that they’re fully insured. Our letter can be used to verify that they’re covered.

Don’t get caught out

If there’s an accident on your premises caused by a contractor and they have failed to maintain their insurance cover, any claim for compensation could head in your direction instead. This, in turn, could push up your own insurance premiums.

What to do

To avoid getting caught out, use our Annual Insurance Check letter to ask any contractors you use to prove what insurance they have in place. It should be sent out every twelve months.
