To stop your staff from telling inspectors that they’ve never seen your safety documentation, ask them to sign a document to state that they have been read and understood.  


Our Document Issue Record asks you to identify the document being issued, the date and time it was issued and the name of the individual handing it over. Following this, it provides space for those receiving the document to print and sign their names.


By completing our document, your staff will be confirming that they’ve understood your procedures and will follow them at all times.
