Energy saving checklist

Energy saving checklist

As the costs of energy continue to rise it’s important for businesses to reduce consumption by as much as possible. Our checklist provides some suggestions on how to achieve this in an office environment.

Four energy-saving areas

The document is divided into four sections. The first deals with general matters concerning the monitoring of energy usage and staff awareness. The second looks at heating and cooling, with questions that relate to controlling room temperatures so that systems are being used in the most economical manner.

The third section deals with office lighting, its efficiency and how it is controlled, and the final part of our checklist asks questions about office equipment.

Our Energy Saving Checklist will help you to take stock of current energy usage and identify where there is potential for further savings. Record your findings at the end of the document and use these to develop an action plan.
